Columbus, Ohio, May 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $5.2 million of floored floating-rate notes due May 26, 2020, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate will equal Libor, subject to a minimum interest rate of 2.05% per year. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
