Barclays plans to price floored floating-rate notes due 2020

Tacoma, Wash., May 8 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price floored floating-rate notes due May 26, 2020, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The interest rate will be equal to Libor, subject to a minimum interest rate that is expected to be 2.05% per year and will be set at pricing. Interest will be payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will settle May 26.

The Cusip number is 06741VVC3.
