New Issue: Barclays sells $2.69 million trigger gears linked to iShares MSCI EAFE ETF

Columbus, Ohio, May 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.69 million of 0% trigger gears due April 29, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.665 times the ETF return. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 25% or less and will lose 1% for each 1% decline from its initial level if the ETF declines by more than 25%.
