New Issue: Barclays sells $983,000 SuperTrack notes tied to ETF basket

Morgantown, W.Va., April 13 – Barclays Bank plc priced $983,000 of 0% SuperTrack notes due April 5, 2022 linked to a basket of exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF with a 60% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 40% weight.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the basket gain. Investors will receive par if the basket declines by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to the decline if the basket falls below the 70% barrier level.
