Barclays plans to price digital notes linked to Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., March 30 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% digital notes due July 5, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above the 85% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 10.2%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline below the initial level.

Barclays is the underwriter with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as placement agents.

The notes will price on March 31.

The Cusip number is 06741VQ96.
