New Issue: Barclays sells $3.28 million capped leveraged notes on Stoxx Europe 600

Morgantown, W.Va., March 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.28 million of 0% capped return enhanced notes due April 6, 2018 linked to the Stoxx Europe 600 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 21.6%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
Barclays is the underwriter with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as placement agents.
