Columbus, Ohio, March 17 – Barclays Bank plc priced $17.5 million of floored floating-rate notes due June 20, 2023 linked to three-month Libor, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be payable quarterly at a rate of Libor plus 100 basis points with a floor of 1.25%.
The payout at maturity will be par.
