New Issue: Barclays prices $902,000 buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Russell 2000

New York, March 16 – Barclays Bank plc priced $902,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due June 15, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 15.5%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 5% and will lose 1% for every 1% loss beyond the buffer.
