New Issue: Barclays prices $3.02 million digital notes linked to S&P 500 index

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 27 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.02 million of 0% digital notes due May 23, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 85% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 7.4%. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the index decline from the initial level.
