Barclays plans 14-month SuperTrack notes linked to S&P 500 index

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 22 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% SuperTrack notes due April 26, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of 11%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 23.

The Cusip number is 06741VL59.
