New Issue: Barclays prices $1.96 million buffered digital notes linked to S&P 500

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 30 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.96 million of 0% buffered digital notes due June 30, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital percentage of 19%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
