New Issue: Barclays prices $8.45 million PLUS linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 4 – Barclays Bank plc priced $8.45 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 1, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple the index return, subject to a maximum payout of $11.36 per PLUS.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
