Barclays plans to price buffered SuperTrack notes linked to Dow

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 17 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Oct. 29, 2021 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 120% to 125% of the index return. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% that the index may decline beyond 15%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price Oct. 26.

The Cusip number is 06741VCL4.
