New Issue: Barclays prices $1.11 million of buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Dow

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 30 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.11 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Sept 30, 2021 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.22 times the index return.
If the index return is flat or declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
