By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Sept. 9 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% annual autocallable notes due Sept. 25, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 7% to 8% if each index closes at or above its call level on either annual call valuation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes below its 75% barrier level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 20 and settle on Sept. 23.
