Barclays plans PLUS with leverage, cap linked to the Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, March 16 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due July 6, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum return of 28.25%.

Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is a dealer.

The notes will price on March 31 and settle on April 5.

The Cusip number is 06744K731.
