Barclays plans to price 24- to 27-month digital notes on S&P 500 index

Columbus, Ohio, March 11 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 24- to 27-month 0% digital notes linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,108 to $1,127 per $1,000 principal. The exact threshold settlement will be set at pricing.
Investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 15%.
Barclays is the agent.
The Cusip number is 06741U6H2.
