Barclays plans buffered SuperTrack notes on iShares iBoxx $ High Yield

Chicago, Feb. 16 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Feb. 28, 2018 linked to the iShares iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain.

Investors will receive par if the by up to 20% and will be exposed to losses beyond the buffer.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 24 and settle on Feb. 29.

The Cusip number is 06741U5H3.
