New Issue: Barclays prices $5.73 million digital notes on iShares MSCI EM ETF

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 10 – Barclays Bank plc priced $5,725,000 of 0% digital notes due Dec. 30, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be $1,080 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond 15%.
