New Issue: Barclays prices $13.27 million Accelerated Return Notes on Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 4 – Barclays Bank plc priced $13.27 million of 0% Accelerated Return Notes due Oct. 28, 2016 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum return of 15.45%. If the index return is negative, investors will be full exposed to the decline.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
