New Issue: Barclays prices $1 million one-year notes linked to basket of 12 stocks

Madison, Wis., May 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1 million of 0% return notes due May 27, 2016 linked to the an equally weighted basket of 12 stocks, equally weighted, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket stocks are FireEye, Inc., Endo International plc, Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc, Actavis plc, Pfizer Inc., Juno Therapeutics, Inc., BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., Workday, Inc., Viacom Inc., First Republic Bank, Rite Aid Corp. and Pandora Media, Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return multiplied by a basket adjustment factor of 98.65%.
If the basket does not gain by at least 1.37%, investors will receive less than par.
The final basket level will be the average of the basket closing levels on the five averaging dates ending May 24, 2016.
Barclays is the agent with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as placement agents.
