Barclays plans floating-rate notes due 2025 tied to 10-year CMS rate

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 25 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price floating-rate notes due April 15, 2025 linked to the 10-year Constant Maturity Swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon will be equal to the 10-year CMS rate. Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes (Cusip: 06741UTE4) are expected to price April 10 and settle April 15.
