Barclays plans five-year buffered Super Track notes linked to the Dow

Chicago, March 4 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered Super Track notes due March 31, 2020 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on March 26 and settle on March 31.
The Cusip number is 06741URX4.
