New Issue: Barclays prices $17.52 million 5.15% Yeelds linked to Radian Group

New York, Nov. 19 – Barclays Bank plc priced $17,523,291 of 5.15% annualized Yield Enhanced Equity Linked Debt Securities due May 26, 2015 linked to the common stock of Radian Group, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each note has a face value of $16.7687.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be an amount equal to the volume-weighted average price of Radian stock on May 15, 2015. The payout will be capped at 120% of par and is payable in cash or Radian stock at the issuer's option.

The volume-weighted average price of Radian stock will be adjusted if the actual aggregate dividend and the expected aggregate dividend differ. The expected dividend schedule is $0.0025 per share on Nov. 20 and $0.06 on Feb. 26.
