Barclays to price buffered performance notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Madison, Wis., Sept. 3 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered performance securities due Sept. 30, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 146% to 156% of the gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.

Barclays and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.

The notes will price on Sept. 26 and settle on Sept. 30.

The Cusip number is 06740D509.
