By Susanna Moon

Chicago, July 16 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.35 million callable contingent coupon notes due July 17, 2015 linked to Aruba Networks, Inc. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 15% if Aruba Networks shares close at or above the 60% barrier level on the observation date for that quarter.
