New Issue: Barclays prices $1.96 million notes linked to WisdomTree Japan fund

Tacoma, Wash., April 15 - Barclays Bank plc priced $1.96 million of 0% notes due April 29, 2015 linked to the WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final share price is greater than or equal to the 85% barrier value, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fund return, subject to a minimum payout of par and a maximum return of 15.7%. If the final share price is less than the 85% barrier value, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final share price is less than the initial share price.

Barclays is the underwriter with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as agent.
