Barclays plans two-year buffered Super Track notes linked to Russell

Chicago, April 14 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered Super Track notes due April 28, 2016 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum return of 21.45% to 24.75%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on April 24 and settle on April 29.
The Cusip number is 06741UCG7.
