New Issue: Barclays sells $125 million three-years floaters at Libor plus 41 bps

Virginia Beach, April 14 - Barclays Bank plc priced $125 million of three-year floating-rate global medium-term notes, series A, at par to yield Libor plus 41 basis points, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

A $100 million issue priced on April 10, and the deal was upsized to $125 million on April 11.

Barclays was the agent.

The financial services company is based in London.
