Barclays plans PLUS due 2015 linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

New York, April 1 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 5, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any fund gain, up to a maximum return of at least $11.14 per note.

Investors will share in any losses.

The notes (Cusip: 06742B196) are expected to price on April 30.

Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.
