New Issue: Barclays prices $2.83 million step-up notes with 3.75% initial rate

Madison, Wis., March 25 - Barclays Bank plc priced $2.83 million of step-up fixed-rate callable notes due March 27, 2029, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 3.75% initially and steps up to 4% on March 27, 2020, to 5% on March 27, 2025, to 6% on March 27, 2027 and to 7% on March 27, 2028. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Beginning March 27, 2015, the notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date.
