Barclays plans Buffered PLUS due 2016 linked to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, March 7 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 19, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum of $12.175 per note.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.

The notes will price on March 14.

The Cusip number is 06742B345.
