New Issue: Barclays prices $1.5 million 4.75% notes linked to Russell 2000, iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Jan. 7 - Barclays Bank plc priced $1.5 million of 4.75% notes due Jan. 8, 2015 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either component finishes below the 85% trigger level, in which case investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline of the worse performing component beyond 15%.

Barclays is the agent.
