By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Sept. 26 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 5% callable yield notes Oct. 15, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable monthly.

The notes will be callable at par plus the contingent coupon on any interest payment beginning Oct. 17, 2014.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes at or below its 50% knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 11 and settle on Oct. 17.

The Cusip number is 06741TN45.
