Madison, Wis., Sept. 4 - Barclays Bank plc priced $8.8 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 6, 2014 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 22%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC handling distribution.
