New Issue: Barclays prices $581,000 10-year callable step-up notes with 2.75% initial rate

Chicago, June 17 - Barclays Bank plc priced $581,000 of step-up fixed-rate callable notes due June 19, 2023, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be 2.75% for the first six years, stepping up to 3% on June 19, 2019, to 4% on June 19, 2021, to 5% on June 19, 2022. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes are callable at par on any interest payment date after one year.
