Barclays plans Super Track notes on WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity

Madison, Wis., June 12 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% Super Track notes due Dec. 18, 2014 linked to the WisdomTree Japan Hedged Equity fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, subject to a maximum return of 36% to 41% that will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% drop below the initial price if they fall by more than 10%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price June 14 and settle June 19.

The Cusip number is 06741TXG7.
