New Issue: Barclays prices $19.67 million step-up callable notes due 2028 via BofA

Tacoma, Wash., March 19 - Barclays Bank plc priced $19.67 million of step-up fixed-rate callable notes due March 20, 2028, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
The interest rate is 3.07% in years one through seven, 4.07% in years eight through 10, 5.07% in years 11 through 13 and 6.57% in years 14 and 15. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Beginning March 20, 2014, the notes are callable at par on any interest payment date.
