New Issue: Barclays prices $667,000 buffered Super Track notes linked to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Dec. 24 - Barclays Bank plc priced $667,000 of 0% buffered Super Track notes due Dec. 24, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 16.45%.

Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 20% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.

Barclays is the agent.
