New Issue: Barclays prices $26.93 million fixed-to-floaters with 2% initial rate

Madison, Wis., Oct. 21 - Barclays Bank plc priced $26.93 million of capped fixed-to-floating notes due Oct. 23, 2018, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon will be 2% initially. Beginning on Oct. 23, 2014, the rate will be Libor plus 54 basis points, subject to a maximum rate of 4% and a floor of 1.5%. Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.
