New Issue: Barclays prices $822,000 5% callable yield notes linked to Russell 2000

Chicago, Oct. 16 - Barclays Bank plc priced $822,000 of 5% callable yield notes due Oct. 15, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes are callable at par on any interest payment date after one year.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes below the knock-in level, 50% of the initial price, in which case the payout will be par plus the return with exposure to any losses.

Barclays is the agent.
