New Issue: Barclays prices $575,000 step-up callable notes with 4% initial rate

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 1 - Barclays Bank plc priced $575,000 of step-up fixed-rate callable notes due Oct. 3, 2028, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 4% in years one through nine, 4.5% in years 10 through 13, 5% in year 14 and 7% in year 15. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date after one year.
