New Issue: Barclays prices $10.52 million callable step-up notes due 2034 with 4% initial rate

San Diego, Sept. 19 - Barclays Bank plc priced $10.52 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Sept. 20, 2034, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 4% for the first 10 years. It will step up to 5% on Sept. 20, 2022, to 6% on Sept. 20, 2027 and to 7% on Sept. 20, 2032. Interest is payable semiannually.
The notes are callable at par on any interest payment date after one year.
The payout at maturity will be par.
