New Issue: Barclays prices $670,000 buffered SuperTrack digital notes on S&P 500

Madison, Wis., July 30 - Barclays Bank plc priced $670,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack digital notes due July 31, 2014 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus a digital return of 12%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
