Barclays to price buffered Super Track notes linked to iShares EM

San Diego, May 23 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered Super Track notes due Nov. 29, 2013 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fund return, capped at a maximum return of 28.2%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline beyond the 20% buffer.

The notes (Cusip: 06738K6J51) are expected to price May 24 and settle May 30.
