New Issue: Barclays prices $1.49 million buffered digital plus notes on the Dow

Madison, Wis., Feb. 28 - Barclays Bank plc priced $1.49 million of 0% buffered digital plus notes due Aug. 31, 2015 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus any gain, with a minimum digital return of 16%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
