Barclays redeems $2.27 million contingent income notes tied to Mosaic

Madison, Wis., Dec. 7 - Barclays Bank plc said it redeemed all $2,267,000 of its outstanding contingent income autocallable securities with step-down redemption threshold level feature due Sept. 8, 2015 linked to the common stock of Mosaic Co.

The notes (Cusip: 06738G241) were redeemed on Dec. 5 at par plus a contingent quarterly payment of 2.56%.
