New Issue: Barclays prices $6 million step-up callable notes with 3% initial rate

Chicago, Nov. 21 - Barclays Bank plc priced $6 million of fixed-rate step-up callable notes due Nov. 26, 2029, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon will be 3% for the first seven years, stepping up to 4% on Nov. 26, 2019, to 4.5% on Nov. 26, 2023, to 5.5% on Nov. 26, 2025 and to 7.5% on Nov. 26, 2027. Interest will be payable semiannually.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date after one year.
