New Issue: Barclays sells $3.35 million autocallable range accrual notes on iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Nov. 1 - Barclays Bank plc priced $3.35 million of autocallable range accrual notes due Oct. 30, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called if the fund closes above its initial price on any review date.
Interest will accrue at 7.5% for each day that the fund closes above the 80% trigger level. Interest will be payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Barclays is the underwriter.
