New Issue: Barclays prices $12.04 million callable step-up notes with 5.15% initial rate

New York, Sept. 28 - Barclays Bank plc priced $12.04 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Sept. 30, 2036, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 5.15% for the first 10 years, stepping up to 5.5% on Sept. 30, 2021, to 5.75% on Sept. 30, 2026 and to 6.5% on Sept. 30, 2031. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes are callable at par on any interest payment date after one year.
